声音 | 北京师范大学金融学博士：1：1的储备发行方式对书Libra协会成为难解的悖论:8月7日，北京师范大学金融学博士赵鹞在财新网发表专栏文章《从货币与支付史看脸书Libra的“返祖现象”》，文章表示，正如Keynes（1914）等人指出的，硬币的面值总是高于制造硬币的金属的市场价格，否则硬币的持有者就会有动机将手中的硬币熔化铸成金属商品并出售。因此，对Libra也好，还是对其他的已经出现的或即将发行的所谓稳定代币也好，只要它们背后的抵押品价值（或者储备金）不低于代币的价格，并且可通过代币自由赎回，那么市场有足够动机将其“熔化”掉，Libra就只能成为持有者用于交换储备货币（特别是美元）的换汇媒介，难以成为货币交换媒介进入市场流通。另一方面，这又会引起连锁反应，至少会导致代币发行量的“不足”，也即当代币发行量小于一个阈值时（以市场占有率的增函数），成员机构将不会接受Libra这样的代币充作内部结算资产。因而1：1的储备发行方式对于脸书Libra协会成为一个难解的悖论。[2019/8/7]
