跟单服务协议是Bingbon和跟单服务跟随者或交易员之间共同达成的法定协议条款，请您务必仔细阅读本协议全部条款内容。若您已成为跟随者或者交易员，则表明您与平台之间已达成本协议，接受本协议所有条款并受本协议条款的约束。
1.跟随者/交易员权利和义务
a.在平台成为跟随者或者交易员的用户，必须是能完全承担法律责任的自然人或法人。
b.您确保提供给平台的个人资料的真实性和可靠性，并经过平台严格核实和评估。如您个人信息不充足或没通过审核，平台将不允许您交易账户。
c.不得冒用他人资料，如您提供的资料不准确、不合法或无效，平台将禁止您使用平台的产品和服务。
d.若您的个人信息有变更或想变更账户类型，您可通过提交工单的形式向平台客服提出申请，平台在查阅审核之后处理。如您不能及时通知平台关于个人信息变更，针对变化出现的一切损失，平台概不负责。为确保个人信息的准确性请及时更新，您可要求平台更正或删除个人认为不正确的信息。
e.您需自行保管跟随者或交易员的账户ID及密码，并对跟随者或交易员账户进行的交易行为承担相关法律责任。
f.请您务必仔细查阅平台官网的相关条款，了解相关法律法规，并承担您自主交易及跟随交易的所有风险。平台不提供任何具体的投资建议，也不发表相关的任何意见。
g.您在平台网站上发布信息和使用服务，须符合相关法律法规；不得恶意在网站上发表、传播违反法律法规和不道德的不良信息，含文字、图片、音频、视频等；不得发表任何诽谤及损害平台名誉的不良言论。
h.请您定期检查账户信息，并及时把任何错误告知平台。如交易执行后72小时内，您没有把发生的任何错误告知平台，由此所造成的任何损失及损害均由您本人承担。
i.交易员在平台平台的交易策略描述必须准确，以便跟随者根据此描述进行跟随投资。交易员的交易行为必须与策略描述相符合。当交易员的实际交易方式与策略描述有出入时，平台将不批准此交易策略通过；由于交易行为导致严重后果的，平台将采取相关行动干涉您的交易，如停用交易员账户或切断跟随者的跟随。
j.交易员需确保及时更新交易状态，以便跟随者及时了解其交易行为及策略，从而维护良好的跟随关系。
k.交易员不得恶意操作，包括并不仅限为提升跟随人数或资金而进行的恶意刷单行为，否则平台将撤销其所得服务费且交易员账户可能被永久停用。
l.实盘跟随交易员或平台其他投资者下单，可能存在亏损风险，在风险控制不当的情况下，可能会整个账户全部亏损，亏损由跟随者个人独立承担。

2.平台权利和义务
a.您在平台平台发布的资料信息，平台有权将内容用于其他合法途径，如复制、修改、改编、翻译、推广、分析等。
b.平台网站上所有图文信息均出于为公众传播有益资讯信息之目的，不意味着平台赞同其观点。
c.平台不会向您提供任何投资建议，也不发表与投资相关的意见，需您本人独立思考，自主执行交易。
d.如交易员账号连续超过2个月没有任何交易行为，将被系统自动删除权限。
e.为保护您与平台双方的合法权益，平台有权依据您提供给平台的信息，并在您所提供信息的基础上对您的知识、经验和适应性进行评估。若平台注意到该信息不可靠或不准确，将不予以通过。
f.任何自然人或法人未经授权同意，给平台提供他人交易数据或相关信息的行为，平台不为此行为造成的任何损失负责。
3.网上交易风险揭示
a.如您使用网络设备交易发生错误，所造成的直接的、间接的、偶发性的损失损益，均由您本人承担，平台一概不负任何责任。
b.如果发生任何超出平台控制范围内的不可抗力事件所给您造成的财产损失，平台将不承担由此事件产生的任何索赔及损失。
c.平台建议您应谨慎使用移动设备进行交易或接收数据，因移动设备会受到连接网络的限制，可能无法提供与通过web浏览器访问平台平台时相同的功能。如您使用移动设备产生的任何损失、损害、成本或费用，包括但不限于利润损失，使用时所产生的直接的、间接的或偶发性的损害损失，平台一律不负任何责任。
4.协议的生效、修改、终止
a.本协议从您在平台成为跟随者或交易员起即开始生效，直至本协议终止和违约为止。任何一方任何时候均可终止本协议。如需解除本协议，请事先书面或以邮件的形式通知终止。平台接到通知后，将在7个工作日内书面或邮件通知您，明确本协议的终止。
b.为维护平台的合法权益和完善本协议，平台保留修改本协议相关条款的权利和最终解释权。如果修改本协议相关条款，平台将通过官网作出必要的特定通知。请您在享用各项服务时，及时查阅了解相关修订内容，并自觉遵守履行本协议及相关服务协议。即使平台修订交易条件和执行规则任何部分，您都将继续受本协议的约束。
